ABOUT ME

My plays have been staged at the Magic Theatre, the University of the Pacific, PlayGround, PianoFight, Shotz, Playwrights Lab, the Bay Area Shorts Festival, and other venues.

I received commissions from PlayGround, Shotz, and The Magic Theatre and was a resident at the Djerassi Artists Residency. I am currently a resident playwright at PlayGround.

I was a founding member and resident director for The Angst Ensemble, a Bay Area theater company specializing in dark comedies.

Earlier, I worked for 17 years as an animator and technical director at Industrial Light and Magic, and Colossal Pictures.  I taught animation and visual effects at UC Berkeley and San Francisco State University.

I am a founding partner of Flying Moose Pictures, a video design company that designs visual stories for performing artists and corporations.
